The Challenge

A premium venue booking is a high-consideration purchase: couples and corporate planners compare options for weeks, and the Bay Area events market gives them plenty to compare. Ruby Event Center is a new venue in Livermore, CA — after Naqvix's platform build it had a strong space and a website that could convert, but no audience: no search visibility, no social presence, and no ad engine putting the venue in front of people actively planning events. The client also didn't want marketing judged on impressions and likes. The bar was inquiries — real people asking about real dates. That meant the marketing had to be wired into the venue's booking system from day one, so every lead could be traced back to the channel that produced it.

The Solution

Naqvix runs Ruby Event Center's growth as an ongoing, full-funnel engagement — and because we also built the venue's website and CRM, the funnel is closed end to end.

  • Meta performance ads — Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting people planning weddings, corporate events, and celebrations in the Bay Area, pointed at the site's booking flow and live ticket sales rather than a generic landing page
  • SEO — on-page and technical search work on the venue's Laravel site, which is server-rendered and fast by construction
  • Social media management — day-to-day publishing and audience engagement across the venue's channels
  • AI-assisted reels and content production — short-form video and creative produced with AI-assisted workflows, keeping a steady content cadence at venue-appropriate polish

The differentiator is what happens after the click. An ad leads to the website's booking modal or the /tickets page; the submission lands in the venue's Leads CRM as a lead with a pipeline status, an activity timeline, and source attribution — website inquiries and walk-ins sit side by side in the same pipeline. Marketing performance is read from the pipeline the venue actually closes bookings in, not from a separate analytics silo. When a channel produces leads, it shows; when it doesn't, we change it.

Results

This is an active engagement, and the system it built is the result worth showing. Every inquiry Ruby Event Center receives today is attributable: staff open the Leads CRM and see which leads came through the website funnel the campaigns feed and which walked in the door, each with its own status and history. Ad spend points at conversion actions that exist — a booking request or a ticket purchase — rather than at a contact page. The venue's social channels publish consistently on the strength of AI-assisted production, and search work compounds on a site built to be crawlable. As a new venue, Ruby Event Center's baseline was zero, so we don't publish before/after percentages — the closed-loop pipeline the marketing feeds is real, live, and visible in the screenshots below.
