They needed an entire ecosystem: a customer-facing website, customer mobile app, vendor mobile app, vendor web dashboard, employee/admin panel, and a super-admin control center — all working seamlessly together. They needed auto-SEO baked into every single product upload, a built-in advertising engine for company admins to monetize placements, role-based access control for staff, vendor-level store customization, and the ability to redesign the entire platform's look with a single click from the company dashboard. We architected and delivered 50Star as a complete end-to-end marketplace platform built for scale, automation, and vendor empowerment. The customer-facing experience includes a fully responsive website (app.50star.io) and a native mobile app with onboarding flows, category browsing, product details, wishlist, coupons, address management, OTP/Google sign-in, multi-gateway secure checkout, live order tracking, and real-time WhatsApp support. On the vendor side, we built a dedicated Vendor Mobile App and Vendor Web Panel giving sellers complete autonomy — they can list and manage products, customize their store banner and branding, optimize their own SEO settings, manage incoming orders, calculate earnings, run promotions, and even dispatch and track their own delivery riders directly through the panel. The Company Admin Control Center is the brain of the platform, featuring full Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for employees, a built-in advertising engine that lets admins run ads, feature products, and promote vendors across the marketplace, and a one-click platform redesign system that allows the company to change the entire UI theme, banners, and visual identity instantly without touching code. Every product uploaded is automatically optimized with SEO automation — meta titles, descriptions, slug structures, and schema markup are generated dynamically, ensuring every listing ranks across search engines without vendor effort. We also built deep marketplace features including multi-tier categories (3 levels deep), brand management, featured/best-selling/top-rated/latest product sections, discount engine, reviews, vendor ratings, multi-shipping options, tax calculations, refund/return policies, customer support tickets, FAQ system, and newsletter subscriptions.
