In-Built Music Player
We integrated a persistent, site-wide audio player so visitors can stream Anaar's curated mixes without ever leaving the page or being redirected to an external platform. Key capabilities:
Always-on mini-player that docks in the corner and continues playback as users browse between Home, Events, Biography, and Contact — keeping the energy alive throughout the entire visit.
A dedicated "Live Mixes" library with full episodes (Sunset Vibes, Wedding Party Anthems, Late Night Drive, Persian Traditional Mix), each showing genre tags, play counts, and duration.
Like, share, and download-MP3 actions to drive engagement and let fans take the music with them.
The Booth — Interactive DJ Experience
To truly capture the feel of a live set, we built "The Booth," an interactive in-browser DJ console. Visitors can engage with a virtual turntable, EQ knobs (HI / MID / LOW), a crossfader, a live VU meter, and hot-cue/loop/sampler pads — a playful, memorable touch that makes the brand impossible to forget.
In-Built Ticketing System
Rather than pushing ticket sales to third-party platforms (and paying their fees), we built a native ticketing system directly into the Events section:
Per-event ticketing with "Get Tickets" flows for public events and "Private Event" states for closed bookings.
Filterable event listings (All / Upcoming / Past) so the catalog stays clean and current automatically.
Capacity, pricing, and availability managed in-house — keeping ticket revenue and customer data on Anaar's own platform.
Backend Management System
We built a complete admin dashboard that lets the Anaar team run the entire operation from one place:
Event management — create, edit, schedule, and archive events; control ticket inventory and pricing.
Content management — upload and organize mixes, update the team roster, manage reference DJs, and publish blog posts.
Ticket & order tracking — monitor sales, attendee lists, and revenue per event in real time.
Role-based access so staff and coordinators see only what they need.
Integrated CRM
To turn the site into a genuine sales engine, we built a CRM that captures and manages the full client lifecycle:
Every "Request a Quote" and booking inquiry flows directly into a structured pipeline — no more lost leads in inboxes.
Lead qualification using captured fields (event type, date, guest count) to prioritize high-value bookings.
Status tracking from new inquiry → quoted → booked → completed, giving the team a clear view of the pipeline.
A single source of truth for client contact details, event history, and communication.
Supporting Conversion Architecture
A polished hero section with clear "Book Now" and "View Events" CTAs.
A storytelling "The Journey" timeline and a "Meet the Crew" team section to build trust.
A "Reference DJs" network feature that recommends trusted partner DJs when Anaar is unavailable, keeping clients within the brand's ecosystem.
