As Naqvix continued to scale, managing internal workflows across multiple fragmented tools became inefficient. We needed a centralized, highly secure, and visually cohesive platform to handle everything from employee time-tracking and project task management to automated payroll and client invoicing. The challenge was to build an all-in-one system that was powerful enough to handle complex HR and accounting tasks, yet retained the minimal, sleek, and modern aesthetic that represents the Naqvix brand.

We designed and developed the bespoke Naqvix CRM from the ground up. Focusing on a premium, clutter-free user experience, we integrated a comprehensive suite of tools into a single web application.

Automated HR & Payroll: Seamless integration between the attendance log and payroll management, automatically calculating net salaries, late penalties, and total hours.

A clean, intuitive Kanban-style task management system to assign and track team progress from 'To Do' to 'Done'.

Invoicing & Accounting: A high-level financial dashboard providing real-time overviews of realized revenue, outstanding invoices, and quick-action tools for generating monthly billing.
